He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Before he left, he even drew a little SpongeBob picture for us, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch and really made our daughters evening. The only small hiccup was arrived without a call ahead of install from street to house and I wasn't home at the time, but overall the experience was very positive and we're happy with the service.”
